1. Products

1.1 The customer can place orders via the website for the products that are shown on the website at the prices indicated.

1.2 The products will have the specifications as indicated in the product description of the website. The scope of the applicable after sales customer assistance and commercial guarantees are described on the website and in the order confirmation.

2. Ordering and Payment

To make a purchase at me.asics.com, you must be 21 years of age with a valid payment card that we accept. If you are under 21, you can make a purchase with your guardian's agreement, or if you have the legal right to make the purchase.

3. How to make purchases on me.asics.com

3.1 Select the goods you wish to purchase and place them in the "shopping basket". It is possible to revise the contents of the shopping basket up to the actual time of ordering and to continuously check the contents and the price of the goods. Any shipping costs will be shown in the shopping basket.

3.2 Any extra payments for shipping, for example, will be calculated when you are ready to pay.

3.3 When you are ready to order, click on the basket icon, "Go to checkout" or "Go to basket". On the ordering page, enter your name, address, delivery address (if different), e-mail and phone number, and choose your preferred method of payment.

3.4 The contents of the shopping basket can be changed until your purchase is confirmed by pressing the "Confirm and pay" button. Payment is made in an encrypted and secure payment window.

3.5 A copy of the order will be sent by e-mail once the order has been submitted.

3.6 Payment options:

  • (a) Visa;
  • (b) Master Card;
  • (c) Tabby;
  • (d) Apple Pay.
  • (e) cash on delivery.

4. Receipt for order received and confirmation of order

Once you have placed your order with us, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided when placing the order. The email will be sent as soon as reasonably practical. This email does not constitute an acceptance of the customer’s order(s) – only a confirmation that ASICS has received it.

5. Conclusion of Contract

5.1 After receiving the customer’s order(s), ASICS will check whether the relevant product(s) is (are) in stock. The contract between the customer and ASICS will only be concluded after ASICS sends the customer an email confirming the contract and confirming either shipment (shipment confirmation email) that all or part of the product(s) is/are still available and has/have been dispatched or that the order(s) is/are ready for pickup in the selected store location.

5.2 ASICS will not file an accessible copy of this contract, so the customer is encouraged to download, save and/or print a copy of the order confirmation and these terms and conditions for his records.

6. Retention of Title

6.1 The delivered products will remain the property of ASICS until the customer has paid all amounts owing under any agreement to ASICS in full, including the payment of costs, even of earlier or later deliveries or partial deliveries. The customer may not sell, dispose of or encumber products before ownership thereof has passed to the customer.

7. Prices

7.1 The price that is payable for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in the acknowledgment email and in the order confirmation email.

7.2 All prices are including Value Added Tax.

7.3 All prices listed on the website are excluding the costs for delivery, which will be listed separately during the finalization of the order procedure and can vary per day and per order.

8. Delivery

Who delivers your parcel?

8.1 Orders are sent by courier based on your country as you can check delivery page, to the address you provide. The telephone number provided is used to inform you about the delivery by text message.

How to return your order

8.2 We are happy to accept returns purchased within 14 days from the delivery date if the goods are in their original condition. To return your order, you can log in to your OneASICS account page and in My Orders, select the order that you wish to return. You can also contact us by Email or Phone. Customers will have to pay the cost of shipping for returned orders.

How long will it take before I receive my refund?

8.3 The refund will be processed as soon as your return has been inspected at the warehouse. For credit card orders, your refund will be processed after inspecting your return and a credit will be automatically applied within 10 to 14 business days. For PayPal orders, your refund will be credited to your account after inspecting your return within three business days. For cash on delivery payments, your refund will be credited to your account after inspecting your return via voucher on me.asics.com to be able to use it for your next order.

Options in case of delivery problems

8.4 In case ASICS discovers after conclusion of the contract that ASICS can no longer deliver the ordered products (i.e. package is lost during shipment) and is not responsible for this situation, ASICS will be entitled to terminate the contract. ASICS will, of course, inform the customer immediately and reimburse any payments made.

8.5 Such termination will not require the approval of a court to be effective.

9. Exchanges

9.1 Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange your return for other products. However, you can return your order, and we will refund your purchase, so you can place a new order on me.asics.com.

9.2 Products bought on sale or by using discount codes can only be reordered with the same price if the offers are still available online.

10. Refunds

10.1 Once your return has been registered in our warehouse, we will process your return and refund your money as quickly as possible. The refunded amount will always be transferred to the same payment card used for the purchase, except for COD payments. You will receive an email as soon as your return has been processed.

10.2 Please note: Once received, the articles may only be handled in such a way as to allow the nature, features, and function of such articles to be demonstrated.

10.3 Please note the purchase amount may be forfeited in part or in full. This happens if the article has been devalued because:

  • (a) the item has actually been worn or used;
  • (b) the item bears signs of external smells such as perfume, aftershave, smoke, or shows other signs of use/wear;
  • (c) the item has been damaged while in your care;
  • (d) under the right of cancellation, the restrictions regarding the seal, type of article, etc. have not been complied with; or
  • (e) the item seal (hangtag) has been removed.

10.4 Why has my order been canceled?

ASICS may cancel your order in certain circumstances. This may occur, for example, when the product you wish to purchase is out of stock or has been mispriced, we suspect the request is fraudulent, or in other circumstances that ASICS deems appropriate. ASICS also reserves the right to take steps to verify your identity to process your order. ASICS will not charge you for canceled orders. ASICS will reverse the charges for orders that we cancel, or do not process.

11. Complaints

11.1 Complaints must be made within a "reasonable period" of having discovered the defect or flaw in the item. Customers are recommended to complain as quickly as possible.

11.2 Complaints can be lodged by contacting us by e-mail at [email protected] or call us at +97142473980. When you make a complaint, please provide as much detail as possible about the issue and attach your invoice.

11.3 Further instructions will be received depending on the situation in question.

11.4 Remember the goods must always be sent in suitable packaging, and you must always get a receipt for the shipment. In other words, you are personally responsible for the goods until we receive them. Therefore, keep your postage receipt, including Track & Trace number.

11.5 Please note we do not accept parcels sent as cash on delivery, or similar.

11.6 Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your products may vary slightly from those images.

12. Personal Data

12.1 In order to be able to shop on me.asics.com, the following details must be provided as a minimum:

  • (a) name;
  • (b) address;
  • (c) e-mail address; and
  • (d) mobile number.

12.2 If a log-in has been created to be able to use self-service with us, your personal information and order details will not be deleted unless requested so by you.

12.3 Information will not be disclosed or sold to a third party unless this is done as part of restructuring or the whole or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation will take place in accordance with the personal data legislation in force from time to time.

12.4 As a customer you have the option of accessing the data recorded about yourself as well as objecting to registered information in accordance with the relevant rules in the UAE Act on the Processing of Personal Data. You may withdraw your consent to ASICS processing of your Personal Data at any time, however this may prevent us from providing you our services or products through this website. 13. Cookies

13.1 The Use of me.asics.com implies acceptance of our use of cookies. A cookie is a small data file that we place on your computer to allow us to monitor what is happening during your visit and to recognize the computer. A cookie is not a program and does not contain a virus.

14. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 The formation, existence, construction, performance, validity, and all aspects whatsoever of these Terms and Conditions or of any term of these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the law of United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

14.2 The courts of Dubai will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or use of the Website.

Asics Arabia’s website is powered by Revton General Trading LLC (“Revton”). Revton builds, develops, and operates e-commerce businesses in the MENA region for ASICS. For this reason, when you order a product from ASICS Arabia on this website, you will receive the products from Revton, and your receipt for the product will be from Revton.

16.1 Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to any and all offers of ASICS for products to be sold by the use of the website.

17. Inaccuracies

17.1 In case in the presentation of the product, the description of the specifications thereof, or the listing of the price ASICS made a mistake, and:

  • (a) it should have been clear for the customer that such constituted a spelling or typesetting error; or
  • (b) in case the customer in the given circumstances within reason could not expect that Asics would deliver, or would be able to deliver that product with those specifications for that price,

then a valid contract will not be entered into. In such case, ASICS will not be held to deliver any product that is ordered by the customer, nor to reimburse customer for damages suffered.

18. Territory

Products will only be delivered by ASICS to customers in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait.
