Return Instructions

We want you to be satisfied with our products, but if you are not or there is an issue with your purchase, here’s what to do:



RETURN PROCESS

  1. INITIATE YOUR RETURN

    • Log in to your OneASICS account page and in My Orders, select the order that you wish to return.
    • You can also contact us at: [email protected].
  2. REQUEST A RETURN PICKUP

    Once the pickup request is initiated, you will have 3 business days to hand over the item(s). One of our friendly ASICS drivers or shipping partners will schedule a date and time to pick up your package.

    Your return will be processed once it has been inspected at the warehouse.



REFUND PROCESS

For credit card orders, your refund will be processed after inspecting your return, and a credit will be automatically applied within 10 to 14 business days.

For PayPal orders, your refund will be credited to your account after inspecting your return within 3 business days.

For Cash on Delivery payments, your refund will be credited to your account after inspecting your return via credit voucher on me.asics.com to be able to use it for your next order.



RETURN POLICY

ASICS accepts returns purchased from me.asics.com within 14 days from the delivery date, provided the goods are in their original condition.

Please make sure that:

  • All tags/labels are still attached to the product.
  • The material is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • The product is in its original packaging.


PLEASE NOTE

  • Online returns are free of charge.
  • Shipping fees and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Only one return authorization will be accepted per order; multiple returns per order will not be authorized.
  • The returns period for items purchased during a sale and promotion is limited to 7 days (from the delivery date).
  • Items purchased on me.asics.com cannot be returned to an independent retailer or another online retailer.
  • Returns can only be accepted for an order placed at me.asics.com. If you purchased from an independent retailer or another online retailer, please return the product following their respective guidelines.


DEFECTIVE GOODS

We will exchange or refund defective or faulty goods if the product has a manufacturing fault as assessed by ASICS. Refunds or exchanges will only be given if you have a proof of purchase.



INCORRECT GOODS

In the case you have received either incorrect goods or the incorrect size of what you ordered, please contact us and return the items. We cannot resend the original order. Instead, we will refund your money, and you can place your order again.
